** Position Overview*
* We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Service Parts Coordinator to support order processing and customer communication. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for both internal teams and external customers, ensuring accurate order entry and timely communication regarding parts, pricing, and delivery.
** Key Responsibilities*
* + Accurately enter customer orders into the SAP system, including part numbers, quantities, pricing, billing, and shipping details
+ Provide customers with information on spare parts pricing, availability, and delivery timelines via phone, email, or written quotes
+ Utilize inventory management software, Microsoft Office tools, and other systems to support daily operations
+ Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
+ Act as a liaison between departments including manufacturing, engineering, purchasing, and shipping
** Qualifications*
* + 6 months to 1 year of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
+ Excellent communication and customer service abilities
+ Basic proficiency with computer systems and office applications
** Preferred:*
* + Associate's degree or technical certification
