Senior Customer Service Representative

Schneider is seeking a Senior Customer Service Representative in Green Bay. The Senior Customer Service Rep will process and monitor customer orders, manage relationships, coordinate freight solicitation, and negotiate market rates. Responsibilities include monitoring customer freight and proactively identifying potential issues to improve efficiency. Recommend adjustments as freight volumes fluctuate. Use reports, dashboards, and technology to analyze service issues and trends to determine solutions.

Collaborate with leaders, teams, and customers. Maintain and develop customer relationships.

Skills and qualifications:
Have a high school diploma or GED. 1 to 2 years of customer service experience preferred. Ability to manage multiple priorities. Strong written and oral communication skills.
