Lead Teller – Pay Starting at $19+ DOE
Location:
1901 Main St, Green Bay, Wisconsin
Responsible for coordination of branch activities, performing office and administrative duties, resolving problems, and actively cross‑selling bank products and services. Supports and demonstrates the customer service standards set by North Shore Bank and acts in a supervisory capacity in the absence of the Branch Manager. Some Lead Tellers are assigned as Area Lead Tellers, supporting multiple branch locations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- In coordination with the Branch Manager, disseminate all operational changes/updates to branch personnel through staff meetings.
- Serve customers in a professional, courteous, efficient manner through prompt handling of all teller functions.
- Ensure adherence to NSB customer service standards with both internal and external customers.
- Answer questions from prospects or customers and maintain good customer relations, directing customers to the appropriate employees for more complex problems and inquiries.
- Handle complex and non‑routine inquiries by tellers and customers concerning bank policy and operating procedures; research and resolve customer issues.
- Assist in other duties as assigned by the manager.
