Customer Service Specialist

• 3+ month contract with the possibility of extension or permanent conversion based on performance.

• 1st Shift: Start between 8:00 AM–10:00 AM, end between 5:00 PM–7:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: 12:00 PM–9:00 PM (+$1.00/hour shift differential)
• Every other Saturday (8:00 AM–5:00 PM) with a flex day off during the week

Russell Tobin is seeking Customer Service Specialists for a top client in the financial services industry. If you have a passion for helping customers and are comfortable working with technology, we'd love to hear from you.

• Provide exceptional customer support and resolve customer inquiries.
• Learn and navigate multiple computer systems efficiently.
• Deliver accurate documentation and maintain quality standards.
• Demonstrate empathy and professionalism during every customer interaction.
• Work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous customer service experience (retail, healthcare, hospitality, banking, restaurant, or call center).
• Strong computer and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work onsite and every other Saturday.

• Call center experience
• Healthcare customer service experience
