Administrative Services Professional, Business and Government Outreach (Part‑time)

Join a mission‑driven team at UW–Green Bay as a part‑time Administrative Services Professional, supporting the Associate Director and outreach team in delivering non‑credit trainings, customized workforce solutions, certificate programs, and conferences that empower learners and organizations. The role coordinates departmental operations, supports program logistics, and moderates virtual training sessions.

• Schedules logistics and secures resources for meetings, conferences, travel, and work unit operations.
• Prepares and audits complex records, edits documents, creates events in registration software, and reviews work done by others.
• Maintains electronic and physical record‑keeping systems in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Develops, sends, receives, copies, and distributes communications to appropriate entities.
• Serves as backup to primary point of contact, providing organizational information via phone, in person, and other communication mediums.
• Moderates virtual conferences and assists in training instructors.

• Advanced knowledge of Excel, desktop software, virtual delivery platforms, website tools, social media, and the Internet.

• Associate or bachelor's degree.
• Highly organized, flexible, self‑directed with ability to navigate complex virtual delivery challenges.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and social skills for diverse community settings and partnerships.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Proven problem‑solving ability.

Position is a part‑time (50%) University Staff appointment. The successful candidate will be based at the Green Bay campus and may work on‑campus or in a hybrid schedule subject to approved telecommuting request. A criminal conviction investigation and personnel file review will be conducted. A six‑month probationary period is required. The University does not offer H‑1B or other work authorization visa sponsorship for this position.

Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire and maintain work authorization throughout the employment term.

Minimum hourly compensation of $17.00. Not exempt from overtime provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).
