• Greet customers and provide outstanding customer service
• Answer phones and confidently communicate with customers
• Schedule appointments and coordinate service work
• Communicate vehicle needs and updates clearly
• Work with computer systems for estimates, invoicing, and customer information
• Help maintain a positive and professional front office environment

• Able to hold confident conversations on the phone
