Looking for a full-time property manager in Green Bay, WI. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leadership, customer service and possess problem solving skills. Must also be a positive and energetic team player who will provide outstanding customer service.
Duties to Include:- Maximizing income through occupancy with emphasis on rental collections
- Providing excellent resident customer service
- Resident retention
- Coordinating maintenance service requests
- Marketing of community through advertising and outreach
- Implementing and adhering to company standards and all applicable laws, including fair housing
- Strong leadership background
- Experience in leading and motivating teams to meet goals
- Ability to multi-task and organizational skills
- Yardi software experience preferred but not a must
- Section 42 experience a big plus but not required
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel
