* ** What's a typical day as Customer Support Representative? You'll be:*
* + Monitoring customer orders and freight to identify potential issues and ensure efficient resolution

+ Adjusting workflows and recommending solutions as customer demand and freight volumes fluctuate

+ Using reports, dashboards, and technology to analyze service issues and develop actionable solutions

+ Communicating and collaborating with internal teams, leadership, and customers

+ Supporting overall customer satisfaction through proactive relationship management and issue resolution

** This job might be an outstanding fit if you:*
* + Have a high school diploma or GED (required)

+ Bring 1-2 years of customer service experience (preferred)

+ Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills

+ Thrive in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities

+ Are comfortable utilizing technology and learning new systems
