Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $22/hour

Shift: 1st and 3rd shift

Hours:

5am-5pm OR 5pm-5am

• Providing process and technology training to other team members
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze and optimize business processes
• Effectively communicating with both internal and external customers
• Acting as the team lead and subject matter expert for problem resolution and escalation processes
• Providing support and backup to the Customer Service Manager

• Have an Associate degree (preferred, but not required)
• Bring at least two years of customer service experience (preferred)
• Possess strong written and oral communication skills
• Are able to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast‑paced environment
