Customer Service / Production Assistant
Status:
Part-time or Full-time
Pay:
Pay $17.00 - $17.50 per hour based on experience
Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
May also negotiate variable work schedule if needed
Job Responsibilities- Greet and provide customer service to walk-in customers and answer phone calls
- Work closely with the designer to complete different types of printed orders
- Operate digital presses (3 total)
- Enter orders and bill completed orders
- Package orders
- Complete various bindery operations
- File work orders
- Print Shop: 1 year (Preferred)
- Printers & Bindery equipment: 1 year (Preferred)
- Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
- High attention to detail
- Ability to manage time and workload independently to meet deadlines
- Ability to present company in a positive, professional, and supportive manner
- Flexible and able to adapt to a fluctuating workflow
- Excellent customer service skills
