Western is currently seeking friendly and motivated individuals to join our team at the front desk.

We are looking for a friendly and motivated Front Desk Attendant to join our team. As the first point of contact for our members and guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and positive experience. Your responsibilities will include greeting members, managing membership accounts, handling inquiries, and maintaining a clean and organized front desk area.

• Greet and welcome members and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly.
• Provide information about facility services, classes, and schedules.
• Manage check-ins.
• Handle payments and process transactions accurately.
• Address member concerns and resolve issues promptly or direct them to the appropriate staff if necessary.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area.
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office, POS systems).
• A positive attitude and a passion for health and wellness.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
