Public Notice Coordinator
Location: Green Bay, WI – Green Bay Press-Gazette
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Pay: $15.73/hour
Work Arrangement: In-office – off N. Broadway

LocaliQ/USA TODAY is looking for a Public Notice Coordinator to join our team in Green Bay. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build or grow their experience in administration, customer service, data entry, and office operations.
You’ll help customers and internal teams make sure important public and legal notices are processed accurately and published on time. You’ll have a variety of responsibilities throughout the day, including working with customers, responding to emails and phone calls, entering information into computer systems, and keeping up with important deadlines.
No previous experience in public notices is required. If you have the right attitude, are comfortable learning new systems, and take pride in doing things correctly, we’ll provide the training you need to succeed.
What You’ll Do- Process public notices and advertisements, making sure information is accurate and deadlines are met
- Work with customers and sales representatives to answer questions and coordinate notice placement
- Respond to emails and phone calls and provide friendly, professional customer service
- Enter and maintain information across multiple computer systems
- Review proofs, reports, and other information for accuracy
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve questions or issues
- Keep track of deadlines and changing priorities throughout the day
- Maintain organized and accurate records
- Learn our systems, processes, and requirements through hands‑on training

Previous experience in office administration, customer service, retail, banking, healthcare, hospitality, data entry, or a similar environment is helpful, but not required.
We’ll train you on our systems and processes.
Notary experience is not required
, and we can assist with becoming a notary if needed.

The hourly rate for this role will range between $15.00 and $16.00. Variable incentive compensation, including commissions, is not reflected in these figures and based on the role, may be applicable.
