Customer Service​/Estimator

Kuehn Printing is a well-established, locally owned commercial printing company in Green Bay, and we’re looking for a Customer Service & Estimating Representative to join our team.

This is an important position in our company. You’ll work directly with our customers, helping them turn their printing needs into accurately quoted, properly planned, and successfully completed jobs.

We’re ideally looking for someone with commercial printing experience, particularly someone who understands paper, printing processes, finishing, estimating, and production. However, we are absolutely willing to train the right person who has strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and an interest in learning the printing business.

• Answer customer calls and emails and provide knowledgeable, friendly service
• Take incoming printing orders and gather the information needed to produce them correctly
• Review customer requests and determine the appropriate printing, paper, and finishing requirements
• Prepare estimates and enter jobs into our Printers Plan MIS system
• Create accurate job specifications and production orders
• Communicate with customers regarding pricing, quantities, specifications, deadlines, and changes
• Work closely with our production team to make sure jobs are properly scheduled and produced
• Follow up with customers when information is missing or clarification is needed
  
  Build long-term relationships with our customers through responsive and dependable service

The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial printing, print sales, estimating, customer service, or production coordination.

You don’t have to know everything on day one. We’re looking for someone who is:

• Friendly and professional with customers
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable talking with customers on the phone and by email
• Good at asking questions and figuring out what a customer actually needs
• Comfortable working with numbers and pricing
• Able to manage multiple jobs and priorities at the same time
• A good communicator who works well with a small production team
• Comfortable learning software and new processes
• Reliable and willing to take ownership of their work
• Printing Experience Is a Big Plus, so is experince working with Salesforce

If you haven’t worked in printing but have strong customer service, administrative, estimating, or order-entry experience and are willing to learn, we’d like to talk with you too.

We’re a small, hands-on commercial printing company where your work makes a real difference. You won’t be one person in a huge customer service department.

You’ll have the opportunity to learn the entire printing process, work directly with customers and production, and become an important part of the operation.

Starting at $20.00 and up (based on experience and qualifications).

Full-time, Monday–Friday 8am-4pm
