As an Orthodontic Assistant, you'll work closely with our orthodontists and clinical team to deliver outstanding patient care. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with a variety of orthodontic procedures and treatment modalities
- Utilizing cutting-edge technology, including:
- 3D imaging
- Intraoral scanning
- Sure Smile
- Ortho Pulse
- Performing indirect and direct bracket bonding
- Placing archwires and orthodontic attachments
- Cementing orthodontic appliances
- Assisting with the placement of Temporary Anchorage Devices (TADs)
- Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records
- Educating patients and parents about treatment plans and oral hygiene
- Following sterilization, infection-control, and safety protocols
- Protecting patient privacy through strict adherence to HIPAA guidelines
- Enjoys working with people and creating positive patient experiences
- Has a friendly, professional, and compassionate attitude
- Communicates clearly and effectively
- Is detail-oriented and organized
- Learns new technologies quickly
- Works well independently and as part of a team
- Brings a positive, can-do approach to each day
No orthodontic experience? No problem. We are happy to train motivated individuals with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a desire to learn.
Schedule- Full-time (3640 hours per week)
- Monday Friday
- Regular alternating Fridays off
