Join a well established practice in the Upper Mid West looking to add a Otolaryngologist to their group. You would be joining a clinic that is well equipped with microscopes in each exam room, fiber optic laryngoscopes, along with an in-clinic surgical procedure room. Reasons to incorporate another Otolaryngologist into the team, are due to growth and patient demand. Considering joining a well-established group of ENT providers where you have the ability to create a niche within the team!

Practice details include:

Full time Monday-Friday days with call
Microscopes in each exam room
Fiber optic laryngoscopes
In-clinic surgical procedure room
Clinic average 6,000 visits per year
Average surgical volume 3,000 cases per year
EPIC with remote access from home
Stable group and tenured practice, well-known in the area
Bread and Butter ENT (including Thyroids and Parotids)
Room for fellowship sub-specialization (Otology, Head/Neck, & more)
Clinic & surgical balance with about 2 days in the OR
Practice population approximately 30% Pediatrics & 70% General Adult
Regional audiology staffed with 6 Audiologists
Base salary plus production & performance bonus
