• Free-Standing Nephrology Specialty Care Clinic
• Inpatient/Outpatient Dialysis panel of ~300 patients
• Average number of patients seen:
  Hospital 11-15 per day;
  Clinic 13-16 per day
• 1:4 Call Rotation - One week (Mon-Sun) Hospital Call Rotation
• Primary coverage at Bellin Hospital with some additional coverage within the city
• Outreach clinics and telemedicine coverage
