Bay Care Clinic Eye Specialists has an exceptional opportunity for an Orthoptist to join an established high-volume, multi-specialty, privately-owned ophthalmic practice serving Northeast Wisconsin and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. You’ll work alongside passionate partners while providing advanced specialty care to a large referral region spanning more than 36,000 square miles. Our practice features an on‑site surgery center, experienced professional support staff, and state‑of‑the‑art facilities and equipment.

Required Skills and Training:

• Certified or eligible for certification by the American Orthoptic Council (AOC)
• Any level of experience welcomed
• Willingness to work with both pediatric patients and adult strabismus patients
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and teaching skills
• Ability to work independently as part of a multidisciplinary team
