An established, high-volume practice in Green Bay is seeking a full-time Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon to join a physician-led, multi-specialty group. This role offers immediate production, multiple income streams, and rare ownership opportunities. • $400K to $1M earning potential.

• Perform comprehensive procedures including extractions, implant placement, bone grafting, corrective jaw surgery, and Level IV sedation.
• Diagnose and manage complex facial trauma, pathology, TMJ dysfunction, and sleep apnea surgical cases.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary physician teams.
• Maintain high standards of patient care and clinical excellence.
• Participate in shared governance and practice growth initiatives.

• Board Certified or Board Eligible by ABOMS.
• Active Wisconsin license or ability to obtain.
• Strong surgical judgment and clinical decision-making.
