Oculoplastic Surgeon - Physician-Owned Practice

Join Bay Care Clinic Eye Specialists, a physician-owned, multi-specialty ophthalmic practice in Green Bay, Wisconsin, where clinical excellence meets genuine collaboration. With physician joint ownership in Aurora Bay Care Medical Center, a 167-bed tertiary hospital and Level II Trauma Center, you’ll enjoy the resources to practice at the top of your specialty while maintaining true physician independence.

Our team includes board-certified specialists in pediatric ophthalmology, glaucoma, vitreoretinal disease, and oculoplastics, supported by comprehensive ophthalmologists and medical optometrists. A robust internal referral network, combined with referrals from more than 400 external providers, creates a steady, loyal patient base and exceptional case variety. This volume supports continued growth and offers the opportunity to build a thriving oculoplastics practice.

You’ll work side by side with a well-established ASOPRS trained surgeon, benefiting from nearly 30 years of experience and a collegial environment that values mentorship, innovation, and shared success. The position also offers a clear pathway to partnership after two years, along with the potential for hospital ownership.

Beyond the practice, Green Bay delivers an outstanding quality of life with small town friendliness and big city amenities. Affordable living, excellent schools, local airports, an NFL team, a welcoming community, and year-round outdoor recreation make it easy to balance a fulfilling career with time for what matters most.

As a partner of Bay Care Clinic you would enjoy:

  • Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and life insurance
  • 401k retirement plan with company match
  • Generous paid time off and holidays (up to 10 weeks/year)
