Schedule:
M-F Role: some rounding at a rehab hospital and some SNF work Locations:
Rehab facility is in Waukesha, WI Full Ancillary Staff Some Call Full Time Open to residents Compensation and Benefits Salary:
Prefers to pay as 1099, there is a percentage split with the hospital which is favorable for the physician They can do a W-2, if preferred Extra pay if applying for medical director Additional incentive pay Full Benefits Package PTO Annual CME allowance Community Milwaukee is home to the Brewers, Bucks, and a world renowned Art museum Excellent public and Private schools Low cost of living Requirements BE/BC PM&R Active or ability to attain WI med license
