Our team includes board-certified specialists in pediatric ophthalmology, glaucoma, vitreoretinal disease, and oculoplastics, supported by comprehensive ophthalmologists and medical optometrists. A robust internal referral network, combined with referrals from more than 400 external providers, creates a steady, loyal patient base and exceptional case variety. This volume supports continued growth and offers the opportunity to build a thriving oculoplastics practice.
You’ll work side by side with a well-established ASOPRS trained surgeon, benefiting from nearly 30 years of experience and a collegial environment that values mentorship, innovation, and shared success. The position also offers a clear pathway to partnership after two years, along with the potential for hospital ownership.

Required Skills and Training:
- Board-certified or board-eligible ophthalmologist
- Fellowship trained Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery
- Licensed in Wisconsin or willing to obtain license
- A passion to help others
- Patient focused with excellent communication skills
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced work environment
