Afterschool Teacher

Royal Montessori Academy is seeking caring, dependable After school Teachers to join our team for the  school year. This position is ideal for college students or individuals pursuing careers in education or related fields who want meaningful, hands‑on classroom experience.

Our after‑school program serves children ages 18 months through 3rd grade and provides a safe, engaging environment at the end of the school day. You will work alongside experienced educators while gaining valuable real‑world experience in a Montessori setting.

• Pay: $14.00 per hour
• Hiring for both campuses in Green Bay, WI

• Supervise students to ensure a safe and inclusive environment
• Lead structured, engaging after‑school activities with an assigned group of students and age ranges
• Support positive behavior using clear expectations and consistent routines
• Assist with classroom setup and end‑of‑day cleanup
• Encourage social development, independence, and responsibility
• Serve as a positive role model for students

• At least 1 year of experience working with children, such as camp, childcare, tutoring, babysitting, or classroom experience
• Positive, dependable, and team‑oriented attitude
• Genuine interest in child growth and development
• Energetic and comfortable being active and engaged
