E. Cofrin School of Business at the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay seeks applicants for a 9-month instructor position in Management for the academic year 2026-27. The Austin
E. Cofrin School of Business values university-level teaching experience, the ability to teach a variety of classes in the Management curriculum, engagement in institutional, community, and professional service, and experience working in the world of business.
Consistent with UW–Green Bay’s mission, the successful candidate will contribute to a problem-focused educational experience that promotes critical thinking, student access and success, experiential learning, and strong connections to the regional business community, while working inclusively and effectively with a diverse campus community. *** Teach a variety of undergraduate and/or graduate courses in Management.

E. Cofrin School of Business.
* Participate fully in the Austin
E. Cofrin School of Business’ AACSB accreditation efforts.##

* Required Qualifications:
*** Doctorate/ABD status from an institution supporting an AACSB-accredited business school, or a Master’s Degree in Management, Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, Human Resource Management, or a related business discipline plus 3 years of relevant professional experience.
* Demonstrated potential for excellence in teaching.
* Evidence of engagement in institutional, community, and professional endeavors.##
** Conditions of Appointment:
** The home campus of this position is Green Bay, and the successful candidate may be required to teach an occasional course at the Sheboygan, or Manitowoc Campus. Courses will be taught both face-to-face and online (in asynchronous and synchronous formats). The specific courses taught may vary from semester to semester.
Position is a full-time, one academic year, Instructional Academic Staff appointment. A pre-employment education check which includes, but is not limited to, the verification of academic credentials will be conducted on the finalist(s). A criminal conviction investigation will be conducted on the finalist(s).
