Job Overview

UW-Green Bay Department of Nursing seeks qualified instructors for short-term instructional appointments. Applicants are considered for vacancies that arise during the specified period and may be added to a general candidate pool. The position is a terminal, fixed-term appointment with no future hiring commitment.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct online lectures, tutorials, and assessments for nursing courses.
Develop course materials, assignments, and evaluations in alignment with departmental standards.
Assist students and faculty with clinical and programmatic matters as an adjunct instructor.
Participate in faculty meetings, course preparation, and professional development activities.

Required Qualifications

Master of Science in Nursing (or equivalent) at the time of application.

Preferred Qualifications

Doctoral degree in Nursing or related field.
Recent clinical or nursing education experience.
Online teaching experience.

Conditions of Appointment

A pre-employment education check will be conducted on finalists.

A criminal conviction investigation will be conducted on finalists.

A caregiver background check will be conducted on all instructors teaching clinical.
