Type: Full-Time
Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Special Education Teacher to join our team in Windsor, WI for the 2024/2025 school year. This full-time position focuses on providing exceptional support to high school students with diverse needs.
Position Details:
- Caseload: High School
- Class Size: 10-12 students
- License
Required:
Cross-Categorical - Employment Duration: ASAP June 6, 2025
- Hours: Full-Time
Primary Duties:
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each students needs
- Provide specialized instruction and support in a cross-categorical setting
- Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure student success
- Monitor and assess student progress, making adjustments to instructional methods as needed
- Create and maintain a positive and supportive learning environment
Special Requirements:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Special Education
- Valid Wisconsin teaching license with Cross-Categorical certification
- Experience working with high school students preferred
