Job Summary Responsible For The Development, coordination, and delivery of technical and non-technical training programs, including assisting with instructional materials, LMS administration, and Operator Qualification (OQ) activities. This includes various Electric Distribution Occupations that require apprenticeship program administration. Conducts and/or supports training sessions, evaluations, field observations, and recordkeeping to promote safety, operational compliance, and workforce development. Identifies opportunities to improve training materials, delivery methods, and overall program effectiveness.
