Lead Teacher

Kinder Care is seeking a Lead Teacher for Suamico Elementary to create a safe, engaging classroom that nurtures each child's potential. The Lead Teacher will design and deliver developmentally appropriate lesson plans, guide classroom assistants, and maintain strong communication with families and school partners. Responsibilities include monitoring developmental milestones, managing behavior with positive guidance, upholding safety and licensing standards, and documenting children's progress.

The role also supports center initiatives, contributes to curriculum planning, and participates in ongoing training and professional development.
