With three positions available, youll contribute your expertise in special education and behavioral management to create a supportive and inclusive environment for young learners.

• Valid licensure and certification as a Special Education Teacher
• Experience working with elementary-aged students in a special education setting
• Behavior endorsements (required for classroom behavior positions)
• Proven ability to create individualized education plans (IEPs) and implement instructional strategies
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Adaptability to meet the diverse needs within the elementary caseload

• Deliver direct instruction and interventions to elementary students with varying abilities
• Develop, implement, and monitor effective IEPs tailored to each students unique needs
• Foster a safe, nurturing classroom culture with a focus on positive behavioral supports
• Work closely with general education teachers and support staff to ensure inclusivity and consistency
• Collect and analyze student data to inform instruction and behavioral strategies
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress
