Special Education Teacher in Green Bay, WI

This full-time, onsite role is ideal for Special Education professionals eager to work collaboratively in a dedicated school setting from August 31, 2026, through June 3, 2027. Youll have the chance to work with elementary students enrolled in Autism Programs, an Early Childhood (EC) caseload, and high schoolers with intellectual disabilities, making a real difference in a supportive educational environment.

• Valid certification in Special Education, with endorsements for elementary education and behavior intervention.
• Experience working with students on the autism spectrum and/or intellectual disabilities, preferably in a school setting.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to establish positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Flexible, compassionate approach to individualized instruction and behavior management.
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive classroom culture.

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each students needs and goals.
• Collaborate with other educators, support staff, and families to ensure holistic student support.
• Provide engaging, differentiated instruction in both small-group and one-on-one settings.
• Collect data and monitor student progress, regularly updating documentation and communicating results with stakeholders.
• Contribute to IEP meetings, reviews, and team planning as an active member of the educational staff.
• Employ positive behavior strategies to encourage social and academic growth.
