Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Milwaukee operates Blue Door Academy at multiple school-based sites, delivering after school enrichment to youth grades 4K–5th. This part-time role (up to 27 hours) supports planning, facilitation, and delivery of engaging programming under supervision.
As a Youth Academic Professional, you will arrive prepared, deliver high-quality activities, and uphold the BGCA standards to foster safe, supportive environments and meaningful youth outcomes.
