Job Title
Northeast Wisconsin Technical College is seeking a dedicated faculty member for the College of Advanced Manufacturing & Skilled Trades.
Location:
Green Bay, WI - Position requires availability to instruct on campus and in flexible delivery modes.
Standard
Hours:
Flexibility in schedule is required for day, night or weekend classes as needed.
Salary Range and Benefits: $75,300- $81,171 based on a standard contract obligation of approximately 176 days. Benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, are provided year round. Additional compensation can be earned through extra contractual work, above the standard contract obligations as available.

Essential FunctionsTeaching & Learning
- Create and maintain a learning environment that supports student success and promotes positive learning experiences.
- Design and deliver instruction that provides equitable access to learning for all students.
- Support student learning and achievement by responding to various learning needs.
- Plan and deliver instruction that aligns with course, program, and institutional learning outcomes.
- Deliver instruction across assigned instructional modalities using appropriate learning technologies and instructional resources.
- Assess student learning and provide feedback that supports academic progress and achievement.
- Continuously evaluate and improve instructional practices to support student learning and achievement.
- Design, implement, and administer assessments that measure student learning and achievement.
- Evaluate student learning using assessment results to inform instructional improvement.
- Contribute to course, program, and institutional assessment and continuous improvement efforts.
- Use assessment and student success data to support continuous improvement of courses, programs, and student learning.
- Integrate instructional technologies and digital resources into teaching and learning.
- Utilize the College's learning management system and instructional technologies to deliver course content and support student learning.
- Utilize instructional technologies in accordance with College expectations and instructional requirements.
Curriculum Development
- Design, develop, implement, and maintain curriculum that supports course and program outcomes.
- Review and revise curriculum to maintain relevance and support student learning.
- Develop and maintain instructional materials and learning resources that support course delivery.
- Develop curriculum and instructional materials that support student learning across instructional modalities.
Student Development
- Monitor student progress and provide support to promote student success and persistence.
- Connect students with College resources and services that support learning, well-being, and academic success.
- Collaborate with colleagues and student support partners to support student success, persistence, and completion.
- Participate in recruitment, outreach, and engagement activities that promote student access and success.
- Provide coaching that supports students' personal, academic, and professional development.
- Support students in developing the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to achieve their academic, personal, and professional goals.
- Guide students in identifying and addressing barriers to success while promoting self-advocacy and learner independence.
- Promote student agency by encouraging informed decision-making, personal responsibility, and continuous growth.
Professional Practice & College Engagement
- Maintain required credentials, licensure, certifications, and Faculty Quality Assurance System (FQAS) requirements.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and industry engagement to maintain instructional and occupational expertise.
- Participate in advisory committees and business, industry, and community engagement activities.
- Participate in departmental, divisional, college, and shared governance activities that support institutional operations and student success.
- Participate in mentoring and onboarding activities for new faculty.
- Comply with College policies, accreditation standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Create a safe, respectful, and supportive learning environment by recognizing, communicating, and responding appropriately to program specific safety concerns in accordance with College policies and procedures.
