Requisition

• Assist the factory to deliver KPI targets align with SBF Monozukuri Way and Kaizen policies, maintain Suntory Pepsi Co standards for Safety, Quality & Performance.
• Provide support to the plant management in effectively running the Blow, fill and Packaging departments, manage / support all site-based productivity projects, new line commissioning activities, new product launches, etc. as the technical expert.
• Consult to review document and activities such as SOP, WI, OPL, MOC, maintenance standard and Overhaul activity.
• Setup new procedure and method for new product, SKUs and operation change.
• Perform machine troubleshoot / breakdown versus actions to ensure that all roots cause was analyzed with actions verified. And Initiates machine improvement and corrective action in the processing line and production process to eliminate or prevent repeated machine breakdown.
• Maintain and develop SPBT work process standards, assessment, sustain continuous improvement machines to ensure machines are running in good condition and Preventive Maintenance on required.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering is preferred).
• Working knowledge of Beverage PET manufacturing process and Packaging line experience in Blow Mold and/or Filling Machine at least 5 years.
• Successfully completed operator training conducted by plant SET / Specialist in respective discipline.
• Demonstrates a high level of technical competency, good communication skills and ability to influence others, leadership and coaching skills, methodical approach to trouble shoot and solve performance opportunities.
