Position SummaryThis is a senior-level leadership role overseeing technical support for both clinical and commercial manufacturing. You’ll manage a team of scientists and engineers responsible for process development, tech transfer, validation, and ongoing process improvements.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical leadership and serve as SME across client projects
- Drive tech transfer, scale-up, and process optimization activities
- Lead process validation strategies and execution
- Oversee deviations, CAPAs, and change control investigations
- Ensure GMP and EHS compliance
- Support regulatory and client audits
- Mentor and develop a high-performing technical team
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related field (MS/PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in GMP manufacturing or CDMO setting
- 5+ years in technical leadership roles
- Experience with tech transfer, process validation, and regulatory compliance
- Strong communication and organizational skills
