Job Title:
Project Architect
Collaborate closely with sales team members and clients throughout all phases of the design process, focusing on schematic design and bidding documentation. Perform detailed regulatory reviews of zoning and building code requirements. Work alongside in-house architecture and engineering teams, as well as acquisitions, fulfillment, field team members, consultants, and jurisdictional representatives. Lead designers and drafters in preparing design documents, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.
Conduct research and select building materials and finishes.
- Work directly with sales team members and clients in all phases of the design process, focusing on schematic design and bidding documentation.
- Perform regulatory reviews of all zoning and building code requirements.
- Collaborate with in-house architecture and engineering teams, acquisitions, fulfillment, and field team members, as well as consultants and jurisdictional representatives.
- Direct designers and drafters to prepare design documents and review for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Conduct research and select building materials and finishes.
- Proficiency in Revit.
- Experience with architecture and construction documents.
- Skills in construction administration and schematic design.
- Ability to create detailed construction drawings.
- Familiarity with Procore.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
- Actively pursuing licensure or licensed architect.
- 5+ years of experience in commercial or industrial projects.
The role requires working on‑site from Monday to Friday, with a workweek of 40-45 hours.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Green Bay, WI.
Pay And BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
