CT Systems Engineer | Biomedical Engineering | Troubleshooting & Software Support

We are seeking a skilled CT Systems Engineer with strong troubleshooting and communication skills to support CT imaging systems, software loading, and log analysis. This role requires someone who can bridge technical and non-technical teams while driving issues to resolution in a fast-paced engineering environment.

• Perform first-pass troubleshooting of CT system logs and software loading

• Support CT system software diagnostics and issue resolution.
• Conduct technical root cause analysis and problem-solving.
• Translate complex technical issues for non-technical stakeholders.
• Drive issue resolution across cross-functional engineering teams.
• Coordinate engineering bay equipment execution, operating mechanisms, and technical requests.
• Maintain organized documentation and detailed follow-through on open items.

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering or related STEM field.
• 4–5 years of experience in CT systems, medical imaging, or technical engineering support.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple technical issues simultaneously.
• Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.

• Experience with CT system software troubleshooting and log analysis
