Utilities Process Engineer

We are seeking a Utilities Process Engineer with a strong focus on Electrical Engineering Support to join a pharmaceutical manufacturing site in a brownfield environment. This role will play a key part in establishing and advancing electrical engineering practices across the site.

The ideal candidate will work hands‑on to verify existing infrastructure, improve drawing accuracy, and support remediation efforts. This position requires a balance of fieldwork, documentation review, and coordination with engineering teams to bring legacy systems up to current standards.

• Support electrical engineering activities across the site, focusing on inherited systems and infrastructure updates
• Review and perform field walkdowns of electrical drawings to verify accuracy
• Trace and validate panel schedules and electrical system details
• Identify discrepancies, gaps, and required remediation actions
• Support organization and execution of electrical remediation initiatives
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve electrical program structure and readiness

• Experience supporting electrical engineering in regulated manufacturing environments (pharmaceutical, biotech, or industrial)
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and documentation
• Hands‑on experience with field verification and troubleshooting

• Experience with drawing remediation and updates
• Familiarity with panel schedules and electrical infrastructure validation
• Prior experience working in brownfield or legacy system environments
