Land Surveyor

Job Details

Salary: $30 - $65 per hour

• Conduct boundary, topographic, construction staking, and ALTA/NSPS surveys using GPS and robotic total stations
• Process field data and prepare survey drawings using AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure accurate and timely survey deliverables
• Maintain and calibrate survey equipment and ensure compliance with safety standards

• 2+ years of experience in land surveying or related field
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and modern survey equipment
• Strong understanding of surveying principles, legal descriptions, and construction documentation
• PLS license preferred but not required—support available for candidates pursuing licensure
