Green Bay Packaging is seeking a Technical Service Engineer to support our Manufacturing operations within the Engineering & Maintenance team. This role provides on-site and remote technical expertise for corrugated and paperboard converting equipment, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient performance. Responsibilities include troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and controls issues; supporting equipment installations and upgrades; performing root-cause analysis; and leading training for maintenance and production teams.

The Technical Service Engineer will champion safety, sustainability, and continuous improvement while partnering closely with plant teams to deliver high-quality, innovative packaging solutions in a stable, people-first, growth-focused environment.
