Green Bay Packaging is seeking a Plant Engineer to join our Engineering & Maintenance team in a modern manufacturing environment. This role leads plant engineering and maintenance efforts to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of packaging and paperboard production equipment. Responsibilities include preventive and predictive maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems, managing capital and improvement projects, and driving uptime, quality, and energy-efficiency gains.
