Green Bay Packaging is seeking a Process Engineer for our Engineering & Design team in a high-volume manufacturing environment. This role analyzes and optimizes converting and paperboard processes to improve safety, quality, throughput, and cost. You will lead trials, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement projects using Lean/Six Sigma tools, collaborate with operations and maintenance on new equipment and product introductions, and support capital projects from concept through commissioning.
