Electrical Engineering Leader
Our client, a leader in manufacturing and engineering solutions, is seeking an Electrical Engineering Leader to join their team. As an Electrical Engineering Leader, you will be part of the Engineering Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a proactive mindset, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.
Location:
Green Bay, Wisconsin
Pay Range: $140,000 - $160,000
What's the Job?
- Provide technical direction and project leadership for engineering models, services, and capabilities that support business goals.
- Offer hands-on technical oversight and support to team members to ensure project deadlines and budgets are met.
- Apply broad cross-functional business knowledge to generate improvements and build internal customer alignment.
- Assess and improve engineering processes to drive productivity and quality.
- Develop and implement engineering standards, toolsets, and best practices to improve quality and efficiency.
What's Needed?
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required.
- 5+ years of professional engineering experience.
- At least 3 years of demonstrated leadership experience managing engineering teams.
- Proven experience implementing CAD tool and vault framework standardizations.
- Background in custom or semi-custom OEM equipment within low-volume, high-capital manufacturing environments.
