You will start with troubleshooting tasks and progress to more complex projects, gaining hands-on experience in Direct Digital Control technologies.
The ideal candidate is a 2025 or 2026 graduate from a technical trade school or HVAC-focused program, and will join the Tech Vantage Ignite Program with a two-week paid trip to Atlanta, GA.
