Faith Technologies is seeking a Lead Electrical Engineer to drive design and execution of complex construction and industrial projects. In this role, you will lead electrical system planning, power distribution and lighting design, oversee installation, and ensure NEC and safety compliance. You will guide project engineers and field teams, coordinate with clients, GCs, and other trades, and support design-build and energy solutions.

Responsibilities
- Lead electrical power distribution, lighting, and control system design for construction and industrial projects
- Oversee electrical installation quality, code compliance, and safety standards in collaboration with field teams
- Coordinate with clients, general contractors, and other trades to support design-build and integrated project delivery
- Review and stamp (if PE) calculations, drawings, and specifications; perform load, fault, and coordination studies
- Guide and mentor engineers, designers, and apprentices, fostering a culture of safety and continuous learning
- Support estimating, technical proposals, and value engineering for new and existing projects
- Participate in commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting of electrical systems on large, complex projects
