Electrical Engineering Team Lead

Faith Technologies is seeking an Electrical Engineering Team Lead to guide design and delivery of electrical systems for complex construction projects. In this role you will oversee a team of engineers and designers, develop plans and specifications, review calculations, and ensure code compliance and safety standards. You'll coordinate closely with project managers, field teams, and clients to support design build and industrial projects, troubleshoot technical issues, and drive innovative, energy efficient solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of electrical engineers and designers on construction projects.
• Develop and review electrical designs, calculations, and construction documents.
• Ensure compliance with NEC, local codes, and Faith Technologies safety standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, field teams, and clients to define project requirements.
• Support design-build delivery, providing technical guidance during construction.
• Troubleshoot complex electrical and power system issues on active projects.
• Drive adoption of innovative, energy-efficient electrical solutions and technologies.
• Review shop drawings, RFIs, and submittals for technical accuracy.
• Assist with estimating, scope development, and value engineering.
• Support staff development through coaching, training, and performance feedback.
