Faith Technologies seeks a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead design and engineering for complex construction and industrial projects. In this role, you'll develop power distribution, lighting, and control systems; perform load calculations and short-circuit studies; review and stamp drawings; and ensure NEC and local code compliance. You'll collaborate with project managers and field teams to support design-build delivery, troubleshoot issues, and optimize constructability and safety.
The position offers opportunities to mentor engineers, support innovation in electrical and energy solutions, and grow into advanced technical or leadership roles.
Responsibilities
- Lead electrical system design for power distribution, lighting, and controls on complex construction and industrial projects.
- Perform load calculations, short-circuit studies, and protective device coordination to ensure safe, reliable operation.
- Prepare, review, and stamp electrical drawings, specifications, and construction documents for accuracy and code compliance.
- Ensure adherence to NEC, NFPA, and local codes, and support field teams in implementing safe work practices.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and field leaders to support design-build delivery and resolve technical issues.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and designers, supporting their development.
- Support value engineering, constructability reviews, and innovation in electrical and energy solutions for projects.
