Senior Lead Electrical Engineer

Faith Technologies is seeking a Senior Lead Electrical Engineer to lead design and delivery of complex electrical systems for commercial, industrial, and energy projects. In this role, you will oversee power distribution, lighting, and control systems from concept through commissioning, ensuring code compliance, constructability, and safety. You will guide multidisciplinary design teams, mentor engineers, and collaborate closely with construction teams and clients.

You'll help drive innovation in design-build solutions, support estimating and value engineering, and champion our safety-first, technology-driven culture on every project.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical design for commercial, industrial, and energy projects from concept through commissioning
• Develop power distribution, lighting, grounding, and control system designs compliant with NEC and applicable codes
• Prepare and review drawings, specifications, and calculations for accuracy and constructability
• Perform load, short-circuit, coordination, and arc flash studies to support safe system operation
• Collaborate with construction, estimating, and project management teams on design-build solutions
• Interface with clients, architects, and other engineers to define requirements and resolve design issues
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers and designers
• Support value engineering, cost estimates, and project proposals
• Ensure adherence to safety standards, company procedures, and quality control processes
• Identify and implement innovative technologies and methods to improve project delivery
