What You'll Do- Lead and support mechanical design projects from concept through construction.
- Design HVAC, ventilation, and building mechanical systems using Revit/BIM tools.
- Perform load calculations, equipment selection, system assessments, and engineering analysis.
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal project teams.
- Mentor designers and drafters while helping drive project success.
- Incorporate sustainability, code compliance, and industry best practices into every design.
- Participate in field observations and provide technical guidance throughout project execution.
- 4+ years of mechanical building systems design experience.
- Background working on healthcare, education, commercial, or institutional projects.
- Experience with Revit, BIM, and related design software.
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- PE, DES, or LEED credentials are a plus.
- Strong communication skills with a collaborative, solutions-focused mindset.
