You'll work alongside talented architects, engineers, and designers to deliver impactful building projects across healthcare, education, commercial, and community-focused facilities.

What You'll Do
  • Lead and support mechanical design projects from concept through construction.
  • Design HVAC, ventilation, and building mechanical systems using Revit/BIM tools.
  • Perform load calculations, equipment selection, system assessments, and engineering analysis.
  • Collaborate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal project teams.
  • Mentor designers and drafters while helping drive project success.
  • Incorporate sustainability, code compliance, and industry best practices into every design.
  • Participate in field observations and provide technical guidance throughout project execution.
What We're Looking For
  • 4+ years of mechanical building systems design experience.
  • Background working on healthcare, education, commercial, or institutional projects.
  • Experience with Revit, BIM, and related design software.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • PE, DES, or LEED credentials are a plus.
  • Strong communication skills with a collaborative, solutions-focused mindset.
