Nuestra iglesia está buscando a un hombre que ame a Dios con todo su corazón; un estudiante humilde de la Palabra que camine en dependencia de Cristo. Debe ser un hablante fluido del español, aceptar la Doctrina Reformada y estar interesado en buscar la ordenación en la PCA (Iglesia Presbiteriana en América).
Debe apoyar al pastor plantador, estar dispuesto a someterse a los ancianos y estar abierto a la posibilidad de plantar en el futuro una iglesia hija hispana. Debe poder vivir y trabajar legalmente en los Estados Unidos (estamos dispuestos a ayudar con este proceso en la medida de lo posible).
