*** Role Summary    In this role, you will support key operational processes by managing work from start to finish while ensuring accuracy and timely completion. You’ll coordinate information across teams, resolve complex issues, and provide guidance to less experienced technicians. This position offers opportunities to build technical expertise, strengthen problem-solving skills, and grow within our operations team.###
** Key Accountabilities**
* ** Process
* * operational tasks from receipt to completion, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and full resolution.
* ** Manage
* * IRA-related activities, including preparing beneficiary documents and maintaining accounts until closure or re-titling.
* ** Prepare
* * attorney letters and other required documentation with precision and attention to detail.
* ** Execute
* * tasks such as returning Social Security payments, canceling automatic transactions, and delinking credit lines.
* ** Research
* * complex issues, determine root causes, and provide effective solutions.
* ** Serve
* * as an escalation point for less experienced technicians and
** provide
* * training, support, and guidance.
* ** Coordinate
* * information with internal partners to ensure smooth operations and consistent customer support.###
** Education & Experience

* Required:

*** High school diploma or equivalent
* 2+ years office experience
** Preferred:
*** Associate’s degree or Technical Diploma
* 3+ years office or operations experience###
