• Prepare meeting materials and organize client data
• Answer calls, handle mail/scanning, and support daily operations
• Assist with client events and follow‑up

• Hands‑on training with planning software & data gathering
• Exposure to investment analysis, portfolio prep, and planning concepts
• This position will eventually transition into a financial planning specialist role and investment research analyst
